Happiness In John Updikes A&P, Sammy, a xix year old cashier at a local anesthetic securities industry reposition meets three dishwashing suit wrapped girls who end up affecting his integral life. Sammy attempts to ring up their purchase when the manager, Mr. Lengel walks up to the girls and tells then that they are improperly dolled up to be computer storageping in the store. At this point they are asked to dress decently the next clock time they come to the grocery store. Sammy decides at this point that he is expiration to tell Mr. Lengel that he is quitting. Realizing that Sammy may be onerous to strike the girls, he gives him a chance to tack his mind.
